  • Revamped mechanical components of solid-state breaker switch and enclosure, improving reliability.

  • Utilized SOLIDWORKS to map intricate motions of critical components to define linkages for the machine.

  • Designed an NBA-compliant interactive basketball hoop tailored to customer specifications.

  • Produced detailed 2D drawings for manufacture and handled all fabrication of MVP (minimum viable product) including tube bending, machining, welding, and assembly.

• Heat Shield Design (McAllister Mills)

  • Employed SOLIDWORKS surface modeling to design an exhaust manifold heat shield and tooling for heat shield production.

• Restaurant Automation Equipment (Chick-Fil-A)

  • Engineered machines automating restaurant processes such as biscuit making, breading, and cooking.

  • Engaged in wiring and basic Arduino programming of stepper motors, switches, and sensors.
